Proud Member of the Capitol Area Coalition on Homelessness (CACH). Impact Ministries of Pennsylvania is a committed member of the Capitol Area Coalition on Homelessness (CACH), a regional network of organizations working together to prevent and end homelessness across Dauphin County and the greater Harrisburg area. As part of this coalition, we collaborate with shelters, outreach teams, service providers, government agencies, and community partners to ensure individuals and families experiencing homelessness receive coordinated, compassionate, and effective support.
Our participation in CACH strengthens our ability to connect people with essential resources—such as housing assistance, emergency shelter, mental‑health services, recovery programs, and vital‑document support—while reducing duplication and improving outcomes for those we serve. Being part of this coalition reflects our belief that homelessness is best addressed through shared responsibility, unified strategy, and community partnership.

We also play a key leadership role within the coalition’s Service Delivery Committee, the group responsible for coordinating and integrating services across the region to ensure people receive consistent, connected, and effective support.
Tom Gates serves as Chair, and Amber Gates serves as Co‑Chair, helping guide collaboration among outreach teams, shelters, and service providers so that no one falls through the cracks.
